Disclaimer

1. Betanket is a community polling and AI analysis platform. No betting or games of chance are played, hosted or organised on the platform; no venue or means for betting is provided; we do not broker any betting or gaming service. There are no deposits or withdrawals.
2. All content on the platform — community percentages, odds data, AI notes and analyses, scorecard pages — is for information only; nothing here is advice, encouragement or steering towards betting, investment or any other decision.
3. AI output is model opinion; accuracy is not guaranteed. Past accuracy rates on the scorecard pages are no indicator of future results.
4. Odds are carried over from third-party sources as-is, as factual data; their currency and accuracy are not guaranteed, and delays or errors may occur.
5. Credits only provide access to in-platform AI analyses. Not money or electronic money; they cannot be cashed out, refunded or transferred (automatic refunds on technical failure excepted).
6. Platform aged 18 and over users.
7. Decisions the user makes outside the platform, and their consequences, are entirely their own responsibility; Betanket cannot be held liable for losses arising from such decisions.
8. The platform contains no links to, promotion of, or steering towards illegal betting sites; the same is forbidden in user content, removed on detection, and reported to the authorities where required.

Analyses

1. The My Analyses section, where members line their picks up in slip form, is an entirely in-game feature; it is not betting or a game of chance and has no real-world counterpart.
2. In analyses, "points", "points won" and "refund" describe imaginary values covers. Points not money or electronic money; they cannot be bought, paid out, withdrawn or transferred. Points themselves convert into no goods, services or credits.
3. Creating an analysis costs no credits. For analyses that land, the platform may unilaterally grant a limited amount of promotional AI credits . These credits are only used to unlock in-platform analysis content and are cannot be converted into money or any other value; the scheme may change or stop without notice.
4. Analysis results and accuracy displays exist for statistics and entertainment only; never advice or steering towards any decision.
5. Per the platform's general rule, the feature is aged 18 and over for members.

Data processed

• Identity & contact: username, email address.
• Usage: your votes, unlocked analyses, comments, credit transaction history.
• Technical: cookie identifiers (including the signed guest-vote cookie), IP digest (hash), device/browser details, transaction logs.
• Mobile app: the device identity created by the notification provider, the pseudonymous ID tied to your account, and — if you use Sign in with Apple — your Apple user ID.

Purposes and legal bases

• Creating your membership and providing the service — formation/performance of contract (art. 5/2-c).
• Keeping scorecard, credit and analysis records — legitimate interest and performance of contract.
• Security, abuse and duplicate-vote prevention — legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
• Meeting legal obligations — art. 5/2-ç.
• Promotional emails — only with explicit consent; you can opt out at any time.

Transfers and retention

Data may be transferred to hosting, email and infrastructure providers to the extent the service requires, under safeguards compliant with the law. It is shared with authorities only under legal obligation. Data is kept for the duration of membership and the statutory limitation periods. When the account is deleted, personal data is removed; votes are detached from identity and kept as anonymous statistics.

Mobile app

• Notification and purchase providers: the app starts with our notification and purchase providers' SDKs on every launch; these SDKs create a device-level identity. When you log in, a pseudonymous ID tied to your account is passed to these providers. Notification permission is asked separately — if you decline, no notifications are sent, but the device record still exists. If you buy credits, the store transaction record is processed too.
• Transfers abroad (art. 9): these two run on service providers hosted abroad; your device identity and the pseudonymous account ID are transferred to their servers. The transfer is necessary to provide the service.
• Sign in with Apple: The identity token issued by Apple is verified on our server; your Apple user ID and the email Apple passes on are stored with your account. If you use Apple's private relay address, we never see your real one.
• Analytics and tracking: we run no analytics tool of our own, and no third-party analytics SDK is bundled with the app. We use no marketing trackers and do not request the advertising identifier (IDFA).
• No cookie slip in the app: since the app contains no optional cookies, no consent is asked — the cookie section below applies to the website only.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, rectification and erasure, learn who it is transferred to, object, and claim compensation for damages. Apply via: [email protected] — you can also use "download my data" and "delete my account" on your profile page.

Cookie Policy

Betanket uses cookies in line with KVKK and the Turkish DPA's cookie guidance. You make your choice on the cookie slip shown on your first visit, and can change it any time via the "Cookie preferences" link below.

Essential cookies (no consent required)

• Session cookie: sign-in and form security (CSRF) — for the session.
• Guest vote cookie: a signed identifier that keeps your guest vote single and yours — 1 year.
• Cookie choice: your choice on this slip — 6 months.

Optional cookies (run with consent)

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): to measure page visits and usage anonymously — loaded only if you tap "Accept" on the cookie slip; if you decline it never runs, and declining doesn't restrict your use of the platform in any way. You can change your choice any time via the "Cookie preferences" link below.

We use no marketing cookies.

Terms of Use (Summary)

1. Account: one person, one account; details are kept accurate and current; account security (password, passkey) is the user's responsibility. The platform is 18+.
2. Votes: each account/device gets one vote per poll; it can be changed until kick-off and is permanent after lock. Multiple accounts and automated vote manipulation are forbidden.
3. Content rules: abuse, hate speech, spam, doxxing and any promotion of or steering towards illegal betting are forbidden. Content can be flagged with "report"; Betanket reserves the right to remove content and close accounts.
4. Credits: unlock analyses only; not money. Prices and packs may change; changes never affect an existing balance.
5. Service: Betanket may improve, change or discontinue features; planned outages are announced in advance.
6. Governing law: The laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
